Our IBMS system ensures maximum efficiency and transparency at all times. You’ll have the peace of mind of knowing the status of all your works – you can leave the rest to us!

The system uses digital technology to produce all the information and digital documentation required to evidence and support task completion, legislative and statutory compliance as well the important operational and financial reporting.

The system will be populated with all of the assets included within our agreement and all routine service activities will be scheduled in accordance with B&ES and legislative requirements to ensure that nothing is missed.

In addition to our in-house engineering team, we will also populate our system with all of our specialist sub-contractors and service partners. Completed schedules will then be tabled for discussion and agreement at the contract start-up meeting prior to being issued to the engineering team for action.

As with all businesses, from time to time, unplanned events will prevent full coverage of the activities that have been planned. IBMS allows us to manage these events on a real-time basis and will ensure that tasks which have not been undertaken are rescheduled.

The system also allows engineers to escalate reports that require additional works or further investigation. This ensures that the help desk can immediately react to the issue and start planning the best way to reach a solution. Quotations or advice where there is a potential health and safety or operational impact will be highlighted to respective department(s) immediately with recommended actions.
