The computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system is utilised to improve efficiency and transparency in the reporting of operations while consolidating key information for our customers.
The system uses digital technology to produce all the information required to evidence and support task completion, flag legislative and statutory compliance, as well as capturing our operational and financial reporting.
High risk items have their maintenance tailored with the application of condition based monitoring techniques through our CAFM system.
In addition to our in-house engineering team, our system is populated with all our approved specialist sub-contractors and service partners.
The system allows engineers to work with the upmost efficiency on site. Reports are received immediately by the contract support staff, including populated compliance check sheets. Items that require additional works or further investigation are flagged, ensuring they are acted upon first and never missed.
